Our journey started with a collaboration of western data center design standards and a small ISO based modular data center manufacture near Shanghai. Our team was dedicated to revolutionizing data center design in APAC by implementing Western standards and rigorous quality control measures. These elevated standards are now deeply embedded in the fourth generation of mission critical modular data center innovations, including advanced enclosures, skids, containment systems, fan walls, CDUs and other integrated modular solutions.
As the industry continues to evolve, modular data centers are playing a pivotal role in meeting the growing demands for scalability, efficiency, and rapid deployment of AI ready data centers. Leveraging lessons learned from earlier product generations, today's solutions deliver improved energy efficiency, enhanced reliability, and greater adaptability to diverse mission critical operational environments. This ongoing commitment to innovation ensures that modular data centers remain at the forefront of digital infrastructure development.
Now, considering the drive to onshore manufacturing, my partners and I are excited to bring our extensive mission critical, modular data center manufacturing expertise and proprietary intellectual property, refined over the past decade, to a new U.S. based facility. While the factory location is still being finalized, we anticipate launching operations in the first or second quarter of 2026. Modular Data AI will be fully U.S. operated, positioning us to set new standards for efficiency, innovation, and quality in the domestic market.
